Who we are

Step By Step Fitness runs Zumba®, STRONG Nation® and fitness classes in Cheshunt (Turnford), Hertfordshire. This policy explains what personal information we collect through stepbystepfitness.co.uk and our classes, and how we use it. If you have any questions, email us at hello@stepbystepfitnessapp.com.

What we collect

When you fill in a form on this site we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, phone number and which classes you're interested in. Our website also uses basic analytics that record how the site is used (pages visited, approximate location, device type) to help us improve it.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, arrange your classes or 30 Day Trial, and send you helpful emails and texts about getting started with us. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can reply STOP to any text or simply ask us to stop at any time.

Who we share it with

We never sell your data. We share it only with the services we use to run the business: our customer relationship system (which handles our emails and texts), and TeamUp (GoTeamUp), which handles class bookings, memberships and payments. Payments are processed by TeamUp's payment providers; we never see or store your card details.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and member details for as long as we have an active relationship with you, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back. If you'd like your details removed sooner, just ask.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@stepbystepfitnessapp.com and we'll sort it. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Cookies and analytics

This site uses a small analytics script to understand visits and form submissions. It doesn't build advertising profiles and we don't run third-party ad trackers. Your browser settings let you clear or block storage at any time; the site keeps working either way.
